I discovered the Disclosure

Disclosure - an electronic duo , founded by two brothers from London, Guy and Howard (20 and 17 ), Lawrence, in 2010. They come from a musical family, their parents were and still are professional singers and musicians. Men produce strikingly beautiful compositions in such styles as dubstep , house and funk mixed with MFN and geridzha .
The duo released their first single, «Offline Dexterity» Moshi Moshi Records on August 29, 2010 , after nearly a year later, followed by another single, «Carnival / I Love ... That You Know» by indie label Transparent Records. His first EP titled «Carnival» boys released their own efforts June 5, 2011 and handed out for free.
January 30, 2012 , they released a new single «Tenderly / Flow» after which they first received national support on the radio. June 1, 2012 , they released their new EP «The Face», this release was approved by fans and critics. Also on their account as one of the most popular remixes of the track «Running» Jessie Ware. Remix was popular during the summer of 2012 , and it even included in the annual collection of Annie Mac Presents.
All summer duet with Jessie Ware performed at many festivals including Ibiza and Bestival'e.
October 8, 2012 , they released the single «Latch». October 14, 2012 the single debuted at number 26 spot in the UK Singles Chart, in the future could only reach number 11 . Following «Latch» followed by another single , »White Noise» recorded with AlunaGeorge.
The debut album entitled «Settle» came 3rd of June.

John Legend

Anyone who’s been in love knows that it shades the way people see the world. The days seem brighter, the options endless and things all around seem to undergo a change, for the better in most cases. That seems to be the place where we John Legend on with his latest tune, “Made To Love.”

Legend’s prepping his fifth studio album, titled Love In The Future, to hit store shelves this summer. At the same time, it looks like his engagement to Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen may be coming to an end as nuptials seem to be in the air for the pair. Even if wedding bells aren’t ringing just yet, the singer’s words (“I was never sure of a God before, but I know He must exist/He created this…”) show he’s experienced the changing power of love, for the better in this case.

Whatever love’s done for Legend, we hope it keeps him in this creative space as he continues working on Love In The Future.

The tracks have been listed as an upcoming release on Glasgow label Numbers’ website. Finally, we can now see that this is the start of Jamie xx’s solo career — not that his remixes weren’t amazing, but this is the fist music that’s entirely of Jamie’s making, and it doesn’t disappoint.

Mahogany Session

Featuring some incredible artists from all over the world, Mahogany Sessions will be filming them performing stripped back acoustic sessions at video residency location in East London called Passing Clouds.

FRIVOLOUS

Frivolous is the imaginary personification of my obsession with sound-design for both dancing and living alike. Manifesting in a multitude of performances and recorded works, my sound has been described as Jazz-infused minimal or experimental house.

Stemming from an educational background in Classical Piano, electronics and Interdisciplinary Design, my “dynamic” one-man performances have taken stage from Montreal to Germany, Moscow to Texas, and many places in between all the way back to Vancouver which was my birth-place. I am currently calling Berlin home.

Last month Luciano's Candenza label dropped Meteorology, an impressive third full-length

record from Frivolous, the guise of Daniel Gardner. Originally from Vancouver, Gardner was among the many EDM artists and enthusiasts to relocate to Berlin, and while the influence of techno is prominent in his sound, Meteorology draws from a host of different genre including classical, swing and experimental music, all combined with Gardner’s mellow vocals.
